Scorpion is a joke, not a map. Its an insult to the official maplist
Bad spawn (players and nade/med kits), ridiculous wannabe flag logic, HORRIBLE & senseless textures and full of polybugs.
I think this map is great and a gameplay works there. It's just players who haven't played enough on a map with falling flags will mess it up at least once, even if you're a pro you're actually likely to mess up several times before you realize how it all works. Campeche had many haters too after its been released in 2009. People were saying that the layout is very bad, the background is too red or the textures are horrible. Nobody really wanted to play this in the beginning, but after a season it became one of the most played maps. Its because it was something new and you needed some time to adapt. It just take a little more time that players learn to play certain maps. Now the map integration process expands somewhat slower due to lesser amount of players so in this case it just take a little more time. but anyways.. Soldat is changing, the gameplay looks completely different than in few years back. We're during the era of aggresive Soldat and there's just no point of making next basic maps like Laos or Steel. People dont even play it anymore because the static and passive gameplay echoes a time past and should have no place in modern-day Soldat. I loved those maps but these are already ancient times, unfortunately people don't want to play slow anymore. This is what it is, times changed, you need to adapt and if you still prefer basic ancient plays, you can still find few maps supporting it. For the sake of Soldat we need to move on with the times, my friend
